We can have up to 16 trainees here during our harvest period.

This takes a lot of coordination and trust in the people you rely on to provide that labour force.

Our family farming business has been welcoming IRE trainees onto our farm and into our lives for 15 years. We have hosted trainees from France, Switzerland, UK, Brazil, Denmark, South Africa and Germany.

The boys get to experience life in Australia, using different farming methods to their homeland. We enjoy learning about their countries, culture and farming practices as well as benefitting from a reliable and affordable workforce. We have found it to be a beneficial experience on both sides and look forward to welcoming our 23rd and 24th trainees this September intake.
